Leonardo Boutique Hotel Tel Aviv, Tel Aviv

My experience at this hotel was far from ideal. While the room was clean and comfortable enough, the service left a lot to be desired, and the location was somewhat lacking in amenities. I was quite disappointed with the dining options and overall value for money.

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant, thanks to the wonderful and hardworking staff who truly go above and beyond. I appreciated the spacious and comfortable room, especially for my long stay. However, the location leaves much to be desired as it's quite far from the beach and other lively areas of Tel Aviv. The breakfast was a highlight, but some dining options could benefit from improved service availability.

The hotel is conveniently located across from Assuta Hospital and within the bustling tech business district of Tel Aviv, which is filled with fantastic dining options. The breakfast provided was excellent, and the staff were genuinely friendly. However, the room design was not practical, leading to an uncomfortable experience overall. Additionally, the lack of parking and poorly designed facilities were significant downsides.

While the hotel has a unique aesthetic that sets it apart, it ultimately left me feeling quite uncomfortable. The rooms are clean but not very spacious, and the design choices with dark colors may not be for everyone. The staff was generally accommodating, but the dining options were basic and limited. Unfortunately, the bathroom layout was quite unsettling, and it noticeably affected my stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a business trip, and overall, I had a pleasant experience. The location was excellent, as my office was right next door, making it super convenient. The breakfast was consistently good with a different menu each day. I did struggle with the mattress as it was quite hard, which affected my sleep. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially Venkat, who always greeted me with a warm smile every morning.
